「一旦成癮後，他永遠沒辦法擺脫。」其實毒品不論是一級、二級還三級毒品，使用者吸食成癮，對人體的危害都是一樣大，將損害你的身、心。更可怕的是，因為毒癮，還會促使人完全地破壞他自己的人際關係，從身旁最親近的家人到朋友全部疏離，「只剩下藥頭、黑幫這樣的朋友，」逼使成癮者陷入無法自拔的漩渦。倘若吸毒成癮，有可能戒治嗎？

勒戒所關出來又關進去

齊明，現任輔大生命倫理中心研究員，過去曾在財團法人基督教晨曦會輔導中心服務，底下負責5個戒毒村。他提到目前台灣的戒毒方法，將人送進勒戒所或勒戒醫院，「勒戒所其實就是監獄，他們出來了再犯率都非常高，」齊明回憶說，有一年總統大赦後（按：2007年陳水扁總統減刑），放出來很多吸毒的人，第二天、第三天就死了好多人，他們一出獄就馬上吸，結果過量暴斃身亡。其實把成癮者關在監獄、勒戒所裡面，他們天天想要吸，「因為我被關起來了，出不去了，不是我不要吸喔，是你逼我，用法律去戒。」

戒毒要戒心癮

「真正戒毒要戒心癮，不是戒身癮。」齊明說，身癮一個禮拜就戒掉了，「可是他的心裡沒有戒。」提起戒毒，齊名說有4點必須達成的目的，分別是生活環境改變、人生價值觀改變、負面人格改變和家庭關係恢復。

成癮者的生活環境必須改變，「當你過去的壞朋友還是在那裡，從監獄出來，結果又回去，這樣怎麼戒毒？你有多大的抗拒力？」所以要隔離環境，離開原本的地方。而人生觀的改變，套句基督教的說法，「重生。」而吸毒成癮者往往因為毒癮的緣故，會墮入歧途偷搶騙，但他們又無法克制自己的毒癮，造成他們自我價值感非常低落，而毒品一旦成癮，長期下來會改變大腦的生理結構，並塑造他們的性格成為社會邊緣人格。而吸毒者常常會從自己身邊最親近的人下手，偷錢、騙錢等方式來買毒，所以家人一而再、再而三之下無法接受，造成跟家人親戚的關係破裂。

談到吸毒成癮者的家人，齊明說，家人一看到吸毒者就怕，「這人又回來了，完了完了。」見過很多關出來的，回到家裡去按電鈴，家裡知道他出來了，隔著鐵門不讓他進去，在裡面喊說，「到別的地方去啦，不要再回來了。」他身無分文到哪去？至少先找地方住，有東西吃，只能回去找他以前的朋友，藥頭、跟吸毒有關的人。齊明說，我們常常開玩笑，「天還沒黑就回去了。」

齊明坦言，你要吸毒成癮的家人接納他，「很難啊！」家人有的被偷、騙、搶都有，一直犯，根本忍無可忍，反而吸毒成癮的人被抓走，家屬心裡舒坦很多。也因為這樣，吸毒者都知道自己錯了，又被自己家人拒絕，自我價值感變得很低，非常脆弱、自卑，可是他又憤世嫉俗，會覺得，「你們怎麼這樣對我？」變成社會邊緣人格，「所以這樣下去戒毒的機會不大。」齊明強調，「必須把他全部改變，」內在的東西，不是生理的問題，是心理的問題、精神層面的問題，「重生。」

為什麼晨曦會的戒毒效果非常好？齊明說，因為晨曦會在吸毒者身上內外並行，「身毒一個禮拜到一個月解決，可是心毒要花一輩子，」讓吸毒者經歷不斷地重生、學習，提升自己的自我價值。

失去對生命的盼望

吸毒者常常會失去對生命的希望，齊明舉例，「假如現在拿毒品給你，你會吸嗎？不會，為什麼？因為你有家庭、工作、社會人脈關係，你希望把這些保持好。」對吸毒的人來講，在他成癮後，這些東西都不可能存在，既然不存在，工作、讀書都不能，「他就毫無盼望，一點盼望都沒有，再加上他的確偷搶騙樣樣來，累積在心裡面很多內疚、自責。」他周圍的人際關係都破壞光了，只剩下跟毒品、黑道有關。（馮紹恩/台北報導）
